• You name, address, email address, telephone number
• Value and date of donations from individual donors and Gift Aid declarations

We use the data to distribute our newsletter by email or post, to collect donations, to prepare accounts and claim Gift Aid from HMRC and to sell tickets for fundraising events. Collecting Gift Aid information is required by HMRC. We also send e-mail  communications/newslett ers to you if you have consented.

Your data is provided to us voluntarily

We use computer systems to hold data securely as required by the GDPR.

We hold Gift Aid and accounting data for 6 years (and possibly longer) after the financial year to which they relate.

If you have consented to receive e-mail communications from us, we will hold your e-mail contact details until your newsletter request is cancelled.

Sharing information
We do not share personal information with any person or organisation except our Independent Examiner (for review of our accounts), HMRC (for Gift Aid) and MailPoet (newsletter distribution). We use MailPoet as our marketing automation platform. E-mail contact details will be transferred to MailPoet for processing in accordance their privacy policies. 

Requesting access to your personal data
Under data protection legislation, you have the right to request access to information about you that we hold. To make a request for your personal information, contact the Company Secretary  via info@operation-imprezza.org
