Residuary Legacy (The residue or part of the residue of an estate)
I give all/a share of (please state fraction/percentage) the residue of my estate absolutely to Operation Imprezza, Registered Company Number 8090833 and Registered Charity Number 1148240 to be applied by Operation Imprezza for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Treasurer or any other proper officer of Operation Imprezza for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
Pecunary Legacy (A fixed amount of money)
I give to Operation Imprezza, Registered Company Number 8090833 and Registered Charity Number 1148240 absolutely, the sum (amount in figures, amount in words) to be applied by Operation Imprezza for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Treasurer or any other proper officer of Operation Imprezza for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
Specific Legacy (A gift other than money)
I give to Operation Imprezza, Registered Company Number 8090833 and Registered Charity Number 1148240 (specify the asset to be given) to be applied by Operation Imprezza for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Treasurer or any other proper officer of Operation Imprezza for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
